TROPIC AIR

Tropic Air was started by Jamie Roberts in the mid 1990s and is now a well-established charter company operating between lodges and camps within eastern, central and southern Africa. Tropic Air offers adventure travel in either fixed-wing aircraft or helicopter, giving you a bird’s eye view of this scenically spectacular continent.
You can enjoy flights to the northern deserts and Lake Turkana, the seldom visited forests of the Matthews Range, or the 17,000ft peaks of Mt. Kenya, stopping off to cast for a rainbow trout in one of the glacier lakes. Tropic Air can fly you into the heights of the Ethiopian mountains, the deserts of Namibia or the gorillas in Uganda. In addition to his charter flying, Jamie contributes to conservation and mountain rescue.
